Doug Dunton is the Regional Director for Africa with Leadership Resources International, an organization set to encouraging and equipping pastors worldwide through conferences and workshops. After completing his own pastoral training, Doug served as a youth pastor and later as an administrator of a Christian school in Florida. He has also served as the Pastor of Church Ministries at Fox Valley Bible Church in St. Charles, Illinois. In April of 2008, Doug followed his heart’s desire to serve the Lord by serving the peoples of Africa. As such, he now enjoys the privilege of traveling to several different countries, training pastors who are then able to train other faithful men. Tim Tinsley is Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He has also served as Associate Senior Minister of Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas. He attended undergraduate school at Wheaton and then worked for Youth for Christ in the Charlotte, North Carolina area as well as serving in Youth Ministry at churches in Charlotte, Knoxville and later Dallas. He earned a Masters of Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1996.
